After spending all day Thursday cooking the Thanksgiving meal, Friday food is the last thing I want to think about. This year I decided to make our breakfast for Friday morning ahead of time. When everyone wakes up the day after Thanksgiving, in less than 30 minutes we’ll have warm pumpkin scones with cinnamon butter, fresh out of the oven. Do yourself a favor and make the dough this weekend. It doesn’t take long to put it together, and then all you have to do is pop them in the oven when your family is begging for breakfast!
